Lambeth Council aims to increase canopy cover across the borough and aim to plant 5000 trees between 2022 and 2026. Regrettably though, there are instances where we need to fell trees. Most street trees are felled because they are dead, irreparably damaged (for example by vehicle collisions) or decaying to the point where they are structurally unsound. We want your views on how we can work together to improve air quality in Lambeth. We’re asking the views of people who live, work and travel in the trial low traffic neighbourhood (LTN).
