We want your views on the making of a non-immediate Class L(b) Article 4 Direction for the change of use from Use Class C3 (dwellinghouses) to C4 (small HMOs). Please share your views with us through our on-line survey within this webpage or submitting comments by email or post.

We want you to have your say and raise any issues affecting the safety of women and girls. It will allow us to better understand your concerns, perceptions and experiences. The Black Lives Matter protests during 2020 led to new momentum behind long-standing concerns about statues, memorials and street names with associations with the Trans-Atlantic Slave Trade.  This is a community conversation, together we want to develop proposals on how to deal with this difficult aspect of our history. We would like to hear your views by taking comments on our Commonplace site. The consultation is open from 9 March to 31 May 2022.
