Tenants' and residents' associations (TRAs)

There are over 40 residents’ associations in the borough. Find out whether your property is covered by a TRA or how to set one up.

What do TRAs do?

TRAs typically hold monthly committee meetings which are open to all of their members.

These are normally attended by area staff and provide an opportunity for area staff to be held accountable for the standard of services provided to the estate. All of our residents are able to participate in TRAs.

TRAs can nominate a board member for their area board who work with us to monitor performance and recommend service improvements.

If you need any further information about setting up a TRA or contacting an existing one, please contact gettinginvolved@lambeth.gov.uk.
