Housing tenants can request housing repairs for issues that the council are responsible for.

Non-emergency repairs

You can request a non-emergency repair via your online tenant account. 

To report, book an appointment and track a repair, log in to (or register) your tenant account.

Emergency repairs

An emergency repair typically includes:

  • lift breakdown
  • total loss of electrical power to a block
  • total loss of main water supply to a block
