Housing tenants can request housing repairs for issues that the council are responsible for.

Non-emergency repairs
You can request a non-emergency repair via your online tenant account.
To report, book an appointment and track a repair, log in to (or register) your tenant account.
To request a communal repair, call us on 020 7926 6000.
Emergency repairs
An emergency repair typically includes:
- lift breakdown
- total loss of electrical power to a block
- total loss of main water supply to a block

Report a total loss of electrical power or water supply
To request an emergency repair for a total loss of electrical power or mains water supply, call us on:
