The council has applied for dispensation from the statutory consultation requirements in respect of additional works taking place at:
- Ponton House
- Chalner House
- Despard House
- 130-139 Coburg Crescent.
Since the council was unable to conduct full consultation in respect of the additional works, the council made an application to the First-tier Tribunal (Property Chamber) seeking dispensation from the consultation requirements.
