I would like to submit a Freedom of Information request regarding Megans, the licensed establishment at 55-57 The Pavement, London SW4 0JQ. This is a small follow up to the request you kindly supplied on 22nd June 2022 (Ref: IRN11032422).
Your response was perfect, but I have one follow up to the question below.
2. The existing Licence to place tables and chairs on private land along the side of Wingate Square. I am looking to source both their Planning Permission and also their Licence to serve alcohol on these tables. I realise this will involve you contacting both Planning and Licensing to obtain this information and I appreciate your efforts.
Please provide a copy of all current and revoked licences associated with 55-57 The Pavement, London SW4 0JQ and / or any previously approved licences in relation to tables and chairs issued under any relevant policy, legislations or Acts, along with the assessment carried out by the authority, the resulting reason/s for approval and subsequent reason for the revocation and the associated plans and drawings with each.

In response to the original request for information under ref. IRN11032422, it was advised that details of the planning permission on this site are publicly accessible and therefore an EIR request does not apply to them.

Please find attached the definitive alcohol licence for this premises from the Licensing team and note that although Megan’s Deli list their address on their website as 55-57 The Pavement Clapham London, SW4 0JQ, the Licensing team has confirmed that the correct address as reflected on their premises licence is 55-57 Old Town London SW4 0JQ.
