  1. In respect of initial question 6 - The supplied spreadsheet is described by yourself as being the initial schedule of works containing units of measurement. As no costs have been provided please provide cost of those units so that the cost of the various items can be established. In addition, please provide a copy of the final schedule of works setting out the actual expenditure incurred and subsequently charged to the residents. With regards to the spreadsheet that has been provided as a response to question 6, can you advise why some sections are highlighted in yellow and others not? Can you explain what is meant by 'not covered by LHS'.

  1. In respect of initial question 8 - wherein I requested copies of the repair logs with names redacted.
