20 October 2021 — St Leonard’s CPZ implementation
What is the current status of the proposed CPZ?
Following the council's decision to introduce new parking controls in the St Leonard’s area, the project has been handed over to our contractor for the installation of the lining and signing.
What are the plans?
It is anticipated that the works for the entire area, which includes the new St Leonard’s North ‘I’, St Leonard’s Central ‘O’ and Stanthorpe Triangle ‘U’ CPZs, as well as various waiting restrictions and electric vehicle recharging bays in the surrounding non-CPZ area, will start the week commencing 25 October 2021 for a period of approximately 3 months, weather permitting.
How do I apply for a parking permit?
Permit applications can only be processed one month prior to the zones going live.
These measures are anticipated to go live on Monday 31 January 2022. Therefore no permit applications for these new zones can be processed before Saturday 1 January 2022.

If you are having difficulty with the online system you can call the Lambeth Contact Centre on 020 7926 9000 for assistance.
