Statutory consultation
The council is carrying out a statutory consultation on proposals to introduce Controlled Parking Zones (CPZ) in the Streatham Vale area.
The consultation will be open from 14 April 2025 and close on 25 May 2025.

How to respond
Notices of the council’s intentions to introduce the CPZ will be published in a local newspaper (South London Weekly) and the London Gazette.
Representations to the proposals described in these notices must be made by no later than 25 May 2025.
Please quote the reference Streatham Vale CPZ in your correspondence.

Objections must relate only to the elements of the CPZ that are subject to this statutory consultation.
All representations, along with Officers’ comments and recommendations, will be presented in a final report to be considered by the council.
The council is required to give weight to the nature and content of your representations, not necessarily the quantity. Your reasons are therefore important to us.
