Evidence
During the application, all of the following evidence is required:
- vehicle logbook
- lease (if the vehicle is company/lease)
- valid certificate of motor insurance
- a signed letter provided by the trust and private care organisations
- job description
- proof of home address.

Apply for a Healthcare Parking Permit
Your application will be assessed and approved by a member of our team. Once approved, we will contact you to confirm.
It can take up to 10 days to approve your evidence.
Whilst waiting for approval, you are not permitted to park in a shared user bay, or you may be liable to receive Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs).
