Schemes that may be referred to the panel
The types of schemes that may be referred to the DRP include:
- large, small, minor or major (10 units plus) schemes
- infrastructure projects
- large public realm proposals
- site-specific masterplans, design codes and design guidance
- schemes being developed through Planning Performance Agreements (PPAs).
