When you call, tell us:
- your name and contact details
- the address of the structure
- what is dangerous about the structure
- your connection to the property, if any

What happens next
We aim to investigate reports of potentially dangerous structures within 2 hours.
We work with owners, their agents and emergency services where necessary to make structures safe and protect the public.
Depending on the nature of the issue, we may need to contact other organisations before appropriate action can be taken.
The time needed to resolve an issue will depend on the nature and complexity of the case.
