Call for sites
As part of preparing the new Lambeth Local Plan, we invited landowners, developers and other interested parties to suggest sites that could help meet the borough's future development needs.
The Call for Sites exercise ran from 19 January to 20 March 2026.
The information submitted will help us understand where there may be potential for housing, commercial development and supporting infrastructure. It will also help inform the preparation of the new Local Plan.
We're currently assessing the submitted sites. We'll publish further information about the assessment process when it's available.
