Flats
If you live in a property with 12 or more flats, you should have a shared communal bin. You can report a missing or broken communal bin.
If you live in a flat above a shop, there is more information about your rubbish in our rubbish collections guide. You'll also be given clear recycling sacks for your recycling. These are delivered several times a year, but you can order more if you run out before your next delivery.
If you live in a timed collection area our collection rules are different.
Food waste collection is not available for flats so you cannot order a food waste bin.
