Canvass notification letter
The canvass notification letter we’ve sent you tells you whether or not you need to respond.
If your letter tells you that you need to respond and you are yet to do so, we may need to send you a reminder or visit your property to obtain this response.
If you are required to respond to the letter we have sent you, please do so promptly to avoid receiving a reminder or a household visit.
If you have no changes to make
You will need the two-part security code printed on the form that we have sent you to respond.

I need to make changes to the details on my form
If you cannot respond online, you can respond via:
- SMS - text NOCHANGE followed by your two-part security code to 80212 (standard charges apply)
- Telephone - 0800 884 0701
Respond using the paper form
If you have been sent a form that is titled ‘canvass form’, you can make changes to this paper form and send it back to us in the pre-paid envelope provided.
