Cllr Adrian Garden’s chosen charities are Lambeth & Croydon Foodbank and Age UK Lambeth. Lambeth & Croydon Foodbank provides three days’ worth of nutritionally balanced emergency food and support to local people in crisis. They are part of a nationwide network supported by The Trussell Trust, working to combat poverty and hunger across the UK. Age UK Lambeth is an independent local charity that has been supporting older people, their families, and carers in the community for over 70 years. Its mission is to help older people in Lambeth live enriched, purposeful lives by challenging the stigma of ageing, reducing social isolation, and ensuring timely access to the support they need.
