    The Local Government Boundary Commission for England (LGBCE) has decided to hold a period of further limited consultation in five proposed new wards, Clapham Common, Stockwell East and Landor, West Norwood, Gipsy Hill, and West Dulwich and St Martin’s wards.     We want your views on our proposals to improve the Southville entrance to Larkhall Park. This entrance to the park has become run down and unattractive. It is also difficult to access. We plan to make this entrance to the park brighter and more welcoming. We also aim to put in place some measures that will discourage anti-social behaviour.
