We are seeking your views on the proposal to close or relocate the Deaf resource Base at Jubilee Primary School in Lambeth. Due to the current low numbers of uptake in the Base at Jubilee the school are proposing to close the base at the end the academic year 2025. We are seeking your views on this proposal before we decide to support this proposal or not. This is an information gathering exercise and no decision has yet been made if Lambeth support the proposed closure . We would like to hear from parents, stakeholders, members of the deaf community, practitioners, teaching staff and any other groups these proposals may have an impact on. The council is proposing to relocate Better Start services from the current Clapham Manor Children’s Centre building to the Triangle Nursery School building. We’re planning to create a new low traffic neighbourhood (LTN) in Brixton Hill, because many local streets are clogged by motor vehicles using them as a shortcut. By reducing traffic, we can support more people to walk, wheel, scoot and cycle.

Lambeth has committed to making our borough Net Zero carbon emission by 2030. We are proposing to carry out a complete home retrofit of a number of homes in Myatt's Field South as a pilot scheme to help achieve this aim.
