Accessing a charge point
Lambeth’s growing EV charging network is being built to allow people who need to drive to charge their vehicles if they do not have access to off-street parking.
If you have a parking permit for the area you live in you can charge your vehicle. If you do not you can access one of our fast or rapid charge points.
Charge points outside of my parking permit zone
Lambeth’s slow charge points are linked to controlled parking zones (CPZs),
We are in the process of making sure that charge points on the boundaries are open to both areas.
Our network is linked to parking controls to ensure that charge points are available for local residents.
All fast and rapid charge points are available to everyone.
Using an EV charging bay
All of Lambeth’s EV bays have parking controls. This means there is a set amount of time you are permitted to park in the bay.
This information is displayed next to the bay.
Charging an electric motorbike
Lambeth will be rolling out dedicated E-motorbike charging in 2024/25.
