Report an issue
If you need to report an issue related to an electric vehicle or charge point, please email evcpenquiries@lambeth.gov.uk.
Some issues you may need to report are:
- a non-charging vehicle obstructing the charge point
- trailing cables
- poor customer service
- broken charge points.
Lambeth continuously reviews the utilisation of its charge points to determine the performance of our assets and ascertain new locations. If we see a charge point is underused, we will investigate and take action to resolve the issue.
