BiG (Besty’s Inspirational Guidance) aims to empower young people to feel more positive about themselves, and to want to succeed and enjoy developing.

Our programme works with a small group of year 7 boys who play under 12 football to develop their game understanding and acquire the tools needed to advance to academy level.
