Use this guide to help you find information about paying your rent.

Ways to pay

We want to make it easy for you to pay your rent, so we offer a choice of payment methods.

Pay by direct debit

Direct debit is a safe and easy way for you to pay your rent. By setting up a direct debit, you give us permission to take the money for your rent from your bank account in agreed amounts at agreed times.

To set up a direct debit online, register or log in to your Lambeth Tenant account.

Pay online

Pay your rent online (external site)

(24 hours a day, seven days a week)

Pay by phone

Pay your rent by credit or debit card by calling our 24-hour automated phone service on 020 8290 2086.

You will need your nine-digit rent payment reference number. You can find thisĀ at the top of your rent statement or any rent arrears letters we may have sent you.

Pay at any Post Office

You can pay at any post office branch using your rent payment card. Hand your card and payment to the cashier, and they will credit your payment and give you a receipt.

You can pay with a debit card, cash or by cheque. These must be made payable to Post Office Ltd.
