I request the following information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 in response to your recent decision paper on the South Bank Spine Route:
* Daily taxi (ie hackney carriage/black cabs only not PHV/minicabs) counts from Chichley Street through Belvedere Road to Broadwall from 7.00am to 7.00pm showing eastbound and westbound flow separately for the counts undertaken in 2019 and October 2022 respectively.

The disaggregated data underlying these reports can be found attached. The “MHC-201-19 ANPR OD study” file contains the data of the 2019 Origin/Destination study, whilst the other 3 files contain the data of the 2022 iteration of the Origin/Destination study
