Lambeth HDRC

Lambeth Council has been awarded 5 years of funding by the National Institute for Health and Care Research (NIHR) to develop a research collaboration called Lambeth HEART.

The NIHR Health Determinants Research Collaboration (HDRC) Lambeth HEART is part of the NIHR and hosted by Lambeth Council.

The NIHR funds, enables and delivers world-leading health and social care research that improves people's health and wellbeing and promotes economic growth.

Lambeth HEART stands for Health Determinants Research and Evaluation Network.

Our mission is to understand and act on the causes of health inequalities in Lambeth. So we can improve our residents’ health and wellbeing.
