The property is a secure, flexible space in good overall condition.
The local community is looking for an organisation that understands their needs and can provide activities and services for children and young people.
The successful organisation should be able to:
- provide some free activities for local children and young people
- offer a safe, welcoming space with regular activities during the week and, where possible, at weekends
- work with local organisations to provide a range of services
- listen to residents and respond to local needs and priorities

Our VCS Asset Strategy supports voluntary and community organisations by making council properties available at significantly reduced rents.
To qualify for a VCS lease, organisations must demonstrate how their use of the property will deliver social value for Lambeth residents.
