Our activities and services are intended to be inclusive to children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
We recognise that all activities may not be suitable for all children. Please speak to clubs via the booking platform, at the earliest opportunity about your child’s individual needs. They can assess the suitability of an activity and consider providing additional support to ensure a positive and inclusive experience for all.
The new booking system for HAF allows you to filter and search for activities with SEND support and Specialist SEND provision. Each provider can now also display a SEND accessibility checklist, which helps you to understand which activities might best meet your child’s needs, as well as details of any 1:1 support they may be able to offer.
