Arranging your pet's cremation
Step 1: Book the date for your pet's service
Call us on 020 7926 2122 or use our contact form to book the date and time for your pet's cremation. We will discuss any special wishes to help you plan and will take payment once everything is confirmed.
Step 2: Make arrangements for the day of the service
You can arrange for us to collect your pet prior to the day of service, or by appointment, you can bring your pet to us at the crematorium. We can collect from your home or your vet.
Step 3: Collect your pet's ashes
You will be able to pick up your pet’s ashes 3 days after the service. You can choose to scatter them in our cemetery or take them home with you. If you need more time, just let us know.
What to do if your pet dies at home
If your pet passes away at home, we recommend putting them somewhere cool using a towel, blanket, or cardboard container rather than anything plastic.
If your pet passes away late at night, it will be fine to keep them overnight at home, they will not deteriorate too quickly if kept cool and wrapped in a blanket. Please contact us in the morning and follow the steps above.
