What happens on the day
Your pet’s service will take place in our peaceful chapel at Streatham Cemetery, which can hold up to 60 guests. We will offer you time in the chapel to say your final goodbyes and conduct a service, which usually lasts around 30 minutes, though this can be longer to accommodate any special requirements.
During the service, you can play music of your choice and provide us with any soft toys or blankets that you would like to accompany your pet for their final send off.
At the end of the service, we will carefully take your pet into our dedicated cremation chamber. Sadly, we do not have the facility to allow you to view your pet entering the chamber but we do guarantee that your pet will have an individual cremation.
Your pet’s ashes will be returned to you in a complementary, environmentally friendly container and you may collect them from the cemetery 3 days after the service. You can choose to take these home with you, or, by arrangement, scatter them in our cemetery in a dedicated location for pets.
