Copies of enforcement notices and register
For current enforcement cases, you may be able to view and download a copy of a notice through our planning application database.
We also keep a register of planning enforcement notices served in the borough, as required by Section 188 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
If you can’t find the notice you need or want to view the register, you can request copies of registered notices.
We cannot guarantee a response time because delays may occur outside our control. However, we aim to respond to requests within 10 working days.
