Pay for a new subscription
This service is only available to properties that have food waste collections. Contact us if you have food waste collected but cannot find your address on the service booking form. After you have paid we cannot refund you.
There are two ways to pay:

Renew a subscription
Your annual subscription does not renew automatically. However, your custom is very important to us and the environment. We will send you a reminder a month before it ends to prompt you to renew.

Cancel your subscription
You can cancel your garden waste service but we cannot refund you:
- email streetcarecallcentre@lambeth.gov.uk , with your name, address and when you want your service to stop
- call 020 7926 9000, from 9am to 5pm
Moving home
If you move to another address in Lambeth we can transfer your subscription if the new address can have garden waste collections. Use our collection day checker to see what collections are available at the new address. If it shows there are food collections, the address can also have garden waste collections.
There are two ways to contact us:
- email streetcarecallcentre@lambeth.gov.uk to let us know where you're moving to and when
- call 020 7926 9000, from 9am to 5pm
We cannot transfer your garden waste service to the new resident of your home if you move out of Lambeth. We cannot refund you.
