About the Fund
Lambeth's Universal Access Fund for Autism and Disabilities is dedicated to supporting initiatives that enhance the lives and opportunities of individuals with disabilities and autism. At Lambeth, we recognise the importance of fostering inclusion, empowerment, and accessibility for all members of our community.
The Universal Access Fund seeks to support a diverse range of projects that align with our mission of promoting inclusion, advocacy, and support for autistic individuals and those with disabilities. From early intervention and education programs to employment initiatives and community-based services, we are committed to funding projects that make a meaningful impact in the lives of autistic individuals and individuals with disabilities and their families.
Organisations can bid for 1 of 3 routes available and up to a maximum value(you will be required to choose one at the point when completing the application form):
- All-Age Autism Strategy: Maximum Bid Amount: £15,000. All ages.
- SEND Access Fund: Minimum Bid Amount: £200 and Maximum Bid Amount: £2,000, focuses on age 8 - 25 years old.
- SEND Holiday Programme: Minimum Bid Amount: £1,000 and Maximum Bid Amount: £8,000, focuses on age 8 - 25 years old.
The application form allows providers to apply for funding to deliver services over a 12-month period from the day of award.
Application Timeline:
- Application period opens on Monday, 30th September 2024 at 9am
- Applications period closes on Thursday 31st October 2024 at 5pm
