Lambeth Council tenants can now get access to Housing Perks, a discount app for council tenants.
To mark the launch, Housing Perks is offering Lambeth Council tenants a 10% discount at participating supermarkets, plus an extra 6% on top of the usual discount across all other retailers.*

- Download the 'Housing Perks' app from the Apple Store or Google Play and follow the instructions in the app.
- Select 'Lambeth Council' and enter your Tenancy Reference Number - you can find this on the top of letters received from the council.
- Select a retailer from the list.
- Enter the value you want on the voucher.
- Buy the voucher and your saving will be automatically credited to your Lambeth Council rent account.
- Use the voucher to pay online or in store.
For example, if your weekly Tesco shop comes to £100, open the Housing Perks app at the till, select Tesco, and buy a £100 voucher. Pay with that voucher, and your 10% Lambeth-exclusive discount is automatically added to your rent account — at no cost to you.

*The offer:
- is a 6% boost on the usual discount, making selected supermarkets 10% off
- applies to the first 3 vouchers you purchase, after that, discounts go back to the standard rate
- is only available to vouchers purchased with rent contributions enabled
Check the terms and conditions for each voucher and note that Tesco and Morrisons can only be used for shopping in store.
