    We want your views on our proposals to introduce three new changes to parking charges: To extend our emission-based pricing to permits for doctors, teachers, business-all zones, business-single zones and motorcycles; To extend the diesel surcharge to all diesel vehicles - including Euro 6 compliant for all permit types including resident permits; To introduce a surcharge for second and subsequent permits held by a single household.     The Local Government Boundary Commission for England (LGBCE) has decided to hold a period of further limited consultation in five proposed new wards, Clapham Common, Stockwell East and Landor, West Norwood, Gipsy Hill, and West Dulwich and St Martin’s wards.
