Lambeth Council is consulting on the Revised Draft Lambeth Local Views SPD as part of a two-stage process. The revised draft SPD provides information on locally designated views to ensure they are well managed into the future. We want your views on our proposals to introduce three new changes to parking charges: To extend our emission-based pricing to permits for doctors, teachers, business-all zones, business-single zones and motorcycles; To extend the diesel surcharge to all diesel vehicles - including Euro 6 compliant for all permit types including resident permits; To introduce a surcharge for second and subsequent permits held by a single household. Lambeth Council and Wandsworth Council are working together to explore the potential of Vauxhall, Nine Elms and Battersea’s Victorian railway viaduct and arches. A website has been set up to share project updates and ways to get involved, gather ideas, concerns and success stories relating to the viaduct. The consultation is open from 6 June to 4 July 2022.
