Lambeth Council is consulting on the Revised Draft Lambeth Local Views SPD as part of a two-stage process. The revised draft SPD provides information on locally designated views to ensure they are well managed into the future. We want your views on our proposals to introduce three new changes to parking charges: To extend our emission-based pricing to permits for doctors, teachers, business-all zones, business-single zones and motorcycles; To extend the diesel surcharge to all diesel vehicles - including Euro 6 compliant for all permit types including resident permits; To introduce a surcharge for second and subsequent permits held by a single household. We want your views on our proposals to improve the Southville entrance to Larkhall Park. This entrance to the park has become run down and unattractive. It is also difficult to access. We plan to make this entrance to the park brighter and more welcoming. We also aim to put in place some measures that will discourage anti-social behaviour.
