Use this guide to help you find information on making a noise complaint.

How to report noise

To report a noise problem that:

  • is happening right now and during our office hours, call our telephone number. 
  • is not happening right now or is not during our office hours, complete our online form. 

Our office hours are:

Monday 9am to 5pm No evening service
Tuesday 9am to 5pm 6pm to 2am
Wednesday 9am to 5pm 6pm to 2am
Thursday 9am to 5pm 7pm to 3am
Friday 9am to 5pm 7pm to 3am
Saturday No daytime service 7pm to 3am
Sunday No daytime service 6pm to 2am
Bank Holiday Mondays No daytime service 6pm to 2am

The entire service is closed on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day.

We will respond to a phone call by attending and assessing the problem where possible.

Alternatively, you can complete an online web form at any time but please be advised that whilst this will be logged on our systems as a record of the nuisance, we may not be able to respond to it.
