Use this guide to help you find information on making a noise complaint.

How to report noise

To report a noise problem that:

  • is happening right now and during our office hours, call our telephone number. 
  • is not happening right now or is not during our office hours, complete our online form. 
  • is not happening right now or is not during our office hours, and you are a Lambeth Housing tenant, visit this page to report the issue

Our responsive noise service operates during the following times:

The entire service is closed on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day.

Please note, the Public Protection Team does not deal with noise complaints from Lambeth Council events, such as those in our parks. To report nuisance from these events, contact Event Lambeth.

We will respond to a phone call by attending and assessing the problem where possible.

Alternatively, you can complete an online web form at any time but please be advised that whilst this will be logged on our systems as a record of the nuisance, we may not be able to respond to it.
