Phase 3 Statutory Consultation — 20 May 2022

What is happening in this area?

Following previous engagement with estate residents, the council has taken a decision to undertake a Statutory Consultation on proposals to introduce parking controls on the following Lambeth housing estates:

  • Claremont East
  • Claremont West
  • Myatts Field South
  • Tulse Hill

It is also proposed to make minor amendments to existing parking controls, for more effective management of unauthorised parking, on the following estates:

  • Tindal Street - Lothian Estate
  • Paulet Road
  • Vassall Road
  • Cancell Road
  • Russell Grove

How can I give my views?

Representations against the proposals described in this notice must be made no later than 10 June 2022.

The Statutory Consultation now closed, no further representations will be accepted.

What happens next?

The results of the consultation, along with officers’ recommendations, will be presented in a report to the Cabinet Member for Housing and Homelessness. Once a decision is made, all consultees will be notified accordingly and the decision report will be published on this page.
