Clapham Park and Streatham St Leonard’s by-elections – Thursday 9 July 2026

The Clapham Park and Streatham St Leonard’s by-elections will both take place on Thursday 9 July 2026. These elections will determine the local government Councillors in the Clapham Park and Streatham St Leonard’s wards.

Who can vote in these elections?

British, Irish, Commonwealth, qualifying European Union citizens and European Union citizens with retained rights are permitted to vote at these elections.

British citizens living overseas are not eligible to vote in these elections.

Register to vote

The deadline for registering to vote in these elections is Tuesday 23 June at midnight. Any registration applications received after this deadline will not be eligible for these elections.
