Accessible voting and reasonable adjustments

Every voter should have the right to vote independently and in secret. However, we know that disabled people face barriers to voting. Under the Elections Act 2022, individuals have the right to request a reasonable adjustment at a polling station in advance of an election.

Learn about accessibility options and reasonable adjustments for voters with a disability by visiting our accessible voting web page, or by phoning our Helpline on 020 7926 2254.

Vote accessibly and independently on 9 July!
