External cleansing
Lambeth has tendered for the provision of the external cleansing which has resulted in the proposal of entering into a long term agreement with SERCO LTD from the 1 October 2021 to the 30 September 2027 with an option to extend for a further one to eight years.

Asset delivery partner
Lambeth has tendered for the provision of an asset delivery partner which has resulted in the proposal of entering into a long-term agreement with Pellings LLP (for the South Area) and Keegan LTD (for the North Area) from the 1 April 2023 to the 31 March 2026 with an option to extend for an optional 1 years + optional 1 years.

Housing
On the 2 August 2019 the consultation process started for a number of long term agreements which included responsive repairs and maintenance, lift repairs and maintenance, capital works and planned maintenance, block cleaning and concierge, bespoke capital works (building/estate structure), bespoke capital works (mechanical and electrical services) and multi-disciplinary consultancy services.

Leasehold building insurance
Lambeth has tendered for the provision of the leasehold building insurance, which has resulted in entering into a long-term agreement with Arthur J. Gallagher Insurance from the 1 April 2023 to the 31 March 2028.

Community works
On the 16 September 2022, the consultation process started for a number of long term agreements to support the work of the Community Works team which includes, Fire Risk Assessment (FRA) remedial works, roofing and scaffolding works, metal works, paving and brickwork, tarmacking and lining services.

Playground installation, repairs and maintenance
Lambeth has tendered a contract for the provision of installation, repair, maintenance and inspection of playground and outdoor gym equipment and surfaces on Lambeth Housing Estates. This has resulted in entering into a long- term agreement with Safeplay Playground Services Ltd from November 2023 to November 2026, with an option to extend for 4 years (2 years + 2 years).

Energy supply
The London Borough of Lambeth proposes to enter into Access Agreements to utilise the LASER Energy Framework Arrangements for a duration of 4 years. As part of the arrangements, we will utilise LASER’s appointed energy framework suppliers through the frameworks Call-Off Contracts. This will cover the supply period 1 April 2025 to 31 March 2029. The proposed supplier for electricity is Npower, and for gas, Total Energies.
Fire risk assessment
On the 9th of February 2024, the consultation process started to enter a new contract for the provision of communal fire doors, and fireproofing and compartmentation works. The contracts will be 3 years with the option to extend for a further 2 years.
