Proposed controlled parking zone West Dulwich area

The council is conducting its second statutory consultation on a proposal to introduce a Controlled Parking Zone (CPZ) in the West Dulwich area in response to representations received during the first CPZ Statutory Consultation, which was undertaken in August/September 2024.

The consultation will be open from 10 January 2025 and close on 9 February 2025.

How to respond

The council is carrying out a statutory consultation on the introduction on revised CPZ proposals for this area.

Notices of the council’s intentions to introduce these measures will be published in a local newspaper (South London Weekly), the London Gazette and posted on lamp columns in the area.

To provide feedback through our Appyway consultation portal:

     • Open the Appway consultation portal.
     • Refer to the ‘Active Consultations’ window.
     • Find the project you wish to comment on.
     • At the bottom left of the map, find a blue box named ‘respond to consultation’.
     • Fill in the relevant details and leave.

Alternatively, if you are not able to get online representations for or against the proposals, they can be made in writing to:

Objections must relate only to the elements of the CPZ scheme that are subject to this statutory consultation. 

The council is required to give weight to the nature and content of your representations, not necessarily the quantity. Your reasons are therefore important to us.

All representations, along with Officers’ comments and recommendations, will be presented in a final report to be considered by the council.
