Introduction to Clapham Common

At over 85 hectares in size, Clapham Common is one of London’s largest, and oldest, public open spaces, situated between Clapham, Battersea and Balham.

Hillside Gardens Park is a medium-sized but popular park situated between Streatham Hill and Tulse Hill.

Kennington Park is large and attractive Victorian-era public park, with winding paths and numerous mature trees, helping create a graceful, historic yet peaceful atmosphere.

Lorn Road Allotments is a small community-managed allotment site located between Brixton and Stockwell in the heart of Lambeth.

Myatt's Fields Park is a medium-sized Victorian-era park located between Camberwell and Brixton.

A large Edwardian-era park located between Camberwell, Brixton and Herne Hill, which still contains many of its original heritage features.

The Rookery is an attractive formal garden located between Streatham, Norbury and West Norwood. It is almost enveloped by Streatham Common, one of Lambeth's largest open spaces.
