Submitting information to discharge car club s106 obligations
For obligations that require you to submit evidence of entering into a car club contract, please submit the following information by email to PlanningInfrastructure@lambeth.gov.uk:
- a completed application form
- a copy of the signed agreement letter or contract with Enterprise or Zipcar
- proof that the memberships have been paid for, for example, a receipt or email from the provider confirming payment has been made, bank account screenshot or statement etc. If you are submitting a bank account screenshot or statement, please redact the bank account number before submitting.
- for Zipcar, you can provide details of the Zipcar website for the development (instead of proof of payment) as the website is created once payment is processed.
For obligations that require you to submit evidence of notification to the occupiers of the free car club memberships, please submit a completed application form and one or more of the following:
- copies of emails or letters addressed to the occupier or the occupier’s representative with details of the free car club memberships and how they can be obtained
- a written statement from the person who informed the occupier, confirming occupiers have been notified.
- a written statement from the first occupier saying that they have received information related to their entitlement to free car club hire memberships.
