Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV), also known as video Public Space Surveillance (PSS), is used across the borough to assist in preventing and detecting street crimes.

CCTV freedom of information (FOI) requests

Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (Part 2, s.21) we do not have a legal duty to supply provide video images in response to FOI requests if they are available by another route.

In this case, they are available through our publication scheme, with the payment required determined in accordance with the scheme.
