Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV), also known as video Public Space Surveillance (PSS), is used across the borough, in our town centres, public spaces, and housing estates, to assist in preventing and detecting street crimes such as assaults, vehicle thefts, and drug-related offences.
We want to provide a good service to everyone, but things can go wrong.
If this happens we want to know about it so that we can put it right and learn from our mistakes.
