EarlyBird
EarlyBird is a six-session programme for parents/carers of children under five years who are diagnosed with autism or are on the path to diagnosis. Developed by the National Autistic Society, it helps families understand autism and the autistic experience.
The programme covers communication strategies, daily living support, and ways to support the wellbeing of your child and family.
Sessions are delivered by Lambeth professionals who are licensed to run the programme and take place throughout the year. Each session includes information, activities, videos, and opportunities to share experiences. The goal is to empower parents to support their child’s needs, whilst enhancing the child’s development and behaviour management.
