Lambeth Housing Standard programme of works

The Lambeth Housing Standard (LHS) is the standard for how modern, warm, dry and safe Lambeth homes should be.

Lambeth has an ongoing programme of internal and external works on our homes, estates and streets.

This programme of works has been developed to bring homes across the borough up to Lambeth Housing Standard (LHS). It is based on stock condition surveys carried out on your homes.

All works are shown below and are subject to ongoing review in light of the ever changing position governing COVID-19 guidelines. We will update this page regularly should there be changes to the programme.
