All my colleagues/friends have received personal offer letters as part of the first batch but I haven’t. What could be the reasons for this?
- They made their claim to ACAS in 2021 or we received it from ACAS in 2021 and therefore their claim will be processed in the next batches.
- They are a Leaver who will also be processed in the next batches (once all the current staff have been dealt with).
- Their school is an external payroll provider and we have been waiting on their figures who will also be processed in the next batches.
- We have not received their claim from ACAS.
- As a subset of this category there are some staff who did apparently claim to ACAS but we have not received it for whatever reason. They should chase this up with ACAS and ask for their claim to be forwarded to us.
- There are also another subset who have not put in a claim to ACAS at all i.e. neither them nor their Union. For these current staff members who were TTO for the qualifying period (1 January 2015 – 31 March 2020) they must contact ACAS and put in a claim. The deadline for Leavers was 15 March 2021 so unfortunately this has passed.
- They are not entitled to any money as they were not TTO in the qualifying period.
They claimed under a different name/surname to what we have on our system. If someone has not received a personal offer letter or COT3 but do not fall into the above categories (please also bear in mind the answer to question 15 below) please can you contact Ian Gregory to check the name/ surname you have claimed under and then contact Lambeth Payroll.
