I am not sure as to whether a claim has been done on my behalf by my union. What should I do?
If you have already made a claim via your union, you should not need to do anything more if you have provided them with your details and signed a form so they can act on your behalf. However, if you are unsure, then please contact your union representative to obtain your claim number. In the instance, that they don’t hold this, please contact Ian Gregory at ACAS.
