How do I submit a claim?
If you are a union member, your union will contact you to submit a claim for the backpay.
If you are not part of the union, you should contact ACAS through their customer service line on 0330 109 3877 and ask to speak to Ian Gregory. You should state you are contacting them in regards to the TTO backpay and provide your contact details. This includes your name, contact number and email address. You will then have to complete the online form to return to ACAS.
